Our trademark biscuits - pastine di mandorla and amaretti - are gluten free and made using fresh almonds. Our recipes contain no peanuts and we also store none on our premises. All our biscuits are handmade with the freshest of ingredients - eggs, flour, butter, almonds, honey, chocolate - and of course, delicately created using the original Cavallaro recipes!
