We are and have always been best known for our cannoli. Every part of them is hand made by us, and can be filled with patisserie cream or ricotta with a sprinkling of almonds. Our cannoli caught the attention of The Age cheap eats 2005.

It stated "If Tony Soprano lived in Melbourne, this is where he'd come for his cannoli fix. Delicate, crisp pastry casings are filled on the spot with crème patissiere, so there's no danger of sogginess"

Cannoli can also be stacked as a cake with a plaque to identify its purpose: ie. Happy Birthday, etc. A great idea with a difference!
