Our trademark biscuits, pastine di mandorla, amaretti & croccantini are gluten free. And even more importantly they are made with almonds only. With increased awareness to today’s alarming incidence of food allergies; you will not find peanuts on our premises.
All our biscuits are hand made with the freshest ingredients of eggs, flour, butter, almonds, honey, chocolate, etc... Of course, with the original Cavallaro recipes.
